About
Started by someone who's cleaned a lot of other people's places.
Nicole Tyson spent years cleaning for companies that charged premium rates and paid their cleaners a fraction of it. The Cleaners is her answer: fair prices for customers, fair wages for the crew, and nobody made to feel small about their home.

The no-judgment promise
Here's what we mean by it.
A lot of people put off calling a cleaner for years because they're embarrassed. The dishes, the bathroom, the room nobody opens. They think they need to clean before the cleaners come.
You don't. We've walked into homes in every state there is, and the only thing we've ever thought is "okay, let's get started." A messy place is a job, not a verdict.
So this is the promise, in writing: we will never comment on the state of your home, to you or to anyone. We don't take photos unless you ask for before-and-afters. We don't tell stories. We show up, make it good, and leave you with a lighter place and a lighter head.
If you've been putting it off, this is your sign. Send the form. Describe it honestly. We'll take it from there.

How we run things
Four things we won't bend on
- Fair wagesEvery cleaner earns a living wage with paid travel time. It costs more. It's also why our people stay and why your place looks the same on visit twenty as visit one.
- Flat, written pricesYou get a number before anyone arrives, and that's the number. If a job turns out bigger than described, we'll talk to you before doing a thing extra.
- Same facesWhere we can, the same cleaner or pair every time. They learn your place, your pets, the door that sticks.
- Local, and staying that wayWe're Tri-Cities people cleaning Tri-Cities homes. No franchise fees, no call centre, no routing your quote through another province.
