Scope
What a standard commercial visit covers
Every visit
- Desks, counters and touchpoints wiped and sanitised
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Kitchen and break room: counters, sink, appliance fronts, microwave inside
- Washrooms fully cleaned and restocked (your supplies or ours)
- Bins emptied, liners replaced, recycling sorted
- Glass doors and partitions spot-cleaned
On a rotation
- Interior windows
- High dusting: vents, lights, tops of cabinets
- Fridge clean-out
- Upholstery and chair vacuuming
- Floor scrubbing and sealed-floor care
- Post-event or post-renovation resets
Pricing
Quoted per visit, after a walkthrough.
Commercial work is priced on square footage, frequency and what's in the space, so we always do a fifteen-minute walkthrough first. As a guide, most small offices under 2,000 sq ft land at $120–$220 per visit on a weekly schedule. Hourly work starts at $45/hour per cleaner.
Month-to-month, no long contracts. If we're not doing the job, you shouldn't be stuck with us.
